Who we are

Grozdanic Group ("we") operates Tiger Machining Inc., Add-Val Contracting Ltd. and Adam Crane Ltd. from Sherwood Park and Edmonton, Alberta. This policy covers this website and the staff portal.

What we collect

Contact-form details you send us (name, email, phone, company, message); portal account details for staff (name, work email, sign-in provider); your language, units and weather-city preferences; standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in on our contact form, we may send you informational and customer-care text messages (appointment, service, delivery and safety notices). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers who help us deliver messages and only for that purpose. How we use and share information

To answer your enquiry, provide quotes and services, run the staff portal, and meet legal and safety obligations. We share data only with service providers who process it for us (hosting, email, SMS delivery), and never sell it.
