1. Program description

When you opt in, Grozdanic Group (Tiger Machining Inc., Add-Val Contracting Ltd., Adam Crane Ltd.) sends informational and customer-care text messages such as appointment reminders, service and delivery updates, quote follow-ups and safety notices to the mobile number you provide.

2. Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (or by texting a keyword we publish). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies — typically up to 4 messages per month, more during an active service job.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also email [email protected].
